Sailings of Paul Tour
This is a 15 day/14 night trip and the dates for travel are: 3 October – 17 October 2023 the cost is $3900 per person plus tips and emergency medical insurance ($200) Total: $4100 (fare includes; airfare, charter bus ground transportation, personal tour guides, hotels, tour admission fees, and most meals) (for single room add ___. Note: we must have a minimum of 32 traveling to make this trip possible.
No children under 15 please…This is an adult only trip.
There are a few things we need from you and a few things you need to know. So, please take a few moments and look over this packet of information carefully.
Your to do list and payment schedule:
*Warning: In case of a pandemic, economic collapse, airline strike or unforeseen event, Greeneway Church will try its best to work with airlines, travel agents and etc. to get you refunded as much of it as possible; However, your money is at risk even though we purchase travel insurance. So, Greeneway Church does not guarantee a refund.
- Due 08 MAY 23: $1500 initial payment and photo of your passport is (be sure passport is good 9 months beyond travel dates) due. For all payments, make checks payable to Greeneway Church or to pay via credit card on line (go to the GWC website then to “events” tab and to the cruise to pay). IF we do not have 32 paid on that date, GWC will refund this payment. Note: All payments may, or may not, be refunded once funds leave GWC.
- Due 26 JUN 23: Your second is a non-refundable payment of $1500. Picture of valid passport is due at this time as well. Passport must be valid 9 months beyond trip. Once we purchase airline tickets with these funds, the funds will not be refundable though we will purchase travel insurance which may cover a portion of your cancelled trip (depending on reason for cancellation). Your T-shirt size is also due at this time.
- Due 01 SEP 23: Your final payment of $1100 plus tips and emergency medical insurance is due.
- Turn in a copy of your health insurance card, turn in by 01 SEP 2023 (Note: we will purchase travel insurance for emergencies).
